Since our service is pay-per-file, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. You are generally eligible for a full refund if:
- The converted file is corrupted or technically unusable.
- The conversion failed to process your transactions correctly due to a bug in our system.
- You were charged multiple times for the same file due to a technical error.
- The output format is significantly different from what was advertised or previewed.
Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline refund requests in the following situations:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the successfully converted file.
- The error in the output is due to incorrect or corrupted data in your original uploaded file.
- You purchased the service but never downloaded the file (though we can help you recover access).
- More than 30 days have passed since the transaction.
