You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to convert your own cryptocurrency transaction files or files you are authorized to process on behalf of others (such as clients, if you are a tax professional).

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect transactions already in progress.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.

5.3 Refunds

You are only charged after successful file processing. If processing fails, you will not be charged. For issues with successfully processed files, please review our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

6. Your Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload. We do not claim any ownership of your transaction data.

6.2 Data Processing

By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your files are deleted.

6.3 Data Retention

Uploaded files and processed results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Please download your results promptly.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

7.1 Data Accuracy

We strive for accurate conversion, but you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data. The Service processes data as provided and cannot correct errors in source files.

7.2 Not Financial or Tax Advice

The Service is a data conversion tool only. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CryptoClean and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOCLEAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoClean and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
